Commission: For Sekipon

This is a design commission for ~sekipon. I was asked to somehow incorporate a Pomeranian, star eyebrows, a color palette like this, and hair like this. I think this is one of my all time favorites in terms of designs I've made. Also- a new example for design deal commissions!! This one includes the design, the reference sheet for the design, and a tag!
